Anaïs Lera is a French visual artist currently living in Vancouver, Canada. Originally from the south of France, she spent her childhood between mountains and ocean. As a child passionate about biology, she explored her surroundings with a microscope—an experience that has profoundly shaped her artistic practice today.

Anaïs paints luxuriant, intricate compositions filled with flora and fauna from both terrestrial and ocean worlds. She creates imaginary ecosystems composed of meticulously detailed elements collected from scientific observations.

She has participated in various gallery shows and festivals, including Arch Enemy Arts Gallery, the Vancouver Mural Festival, and the BUMP Mural Festival, and has worked with clients such as NASA.
